The circulation among the production and consumption of products that is accelerated by marketing and advertising measures and has defined our society for decades has also seized urban architecture. Vittorio Magnago Lampugnani ist Architekt, Architekturtheoretiker, Architekturhistoriker und ordentlicher Professor für Geschichte des Städtebaus an der ETH Zürich. Er führt ein eigenes Architekturbüro in Mailand und ein weiteres in Zürich mit zwei Partnern. Zahlreiche Publikationen.
